Marketing Director

LNR has just created a new position in our rapidly growing company portfolio. We are looking for a dynamic, dedicated and courteous person to join our team as a Marketing Director onsite in our corporate office. The Marketing Director’s primary duty is to oversee the entire marketing strategy for Lunar Companies, Lunar Transport, RNL Driving Academy and Baggers.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Assess and create our company’s marketing plan and marketing strategy, and then planning, coordinating and directing marketing efforts. 

  • Conducts competitor research and also researches demand for an organization’s services and products.

  • Lead development of marketing strategy by working closely with clients, managers, creatives, content providers, and distribution partners to create effective plans focused on growing the audience for our products and services.

  • Spearhead the execution of marketing campaigns, including test and control group segmentation, testing, tracking, results reporting, analyses, and recommendations.

  • Manage conception, development, and implementation of marketing plans and strategy, product concepts, and promotional programs to drive customer interest and sales.

  • Communicating the marketing plan.

  • Building brand awareness, including positioning.

  • Coordinating marketing projects from beginning to end.

  • Compiling lists that describe the company’s offerings.

  • Developing and understanding finance and budgets to include research and development appropriations, expenditures and profit-loss projections.

  • Identifying the company’s potential customers.

  • Creating and managing advertising campaigns and developing promotions.

  • Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.

Education and Experience/Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, advertising, or communications (Preferred)

  • Proficiency with HTML, content management systems, and design software

  • Experience running a marketing team

  • Attention to detail

  • Robust copywriting skills

  • Ability to multitask and possess practical time management skills

  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

  • Past work with digital marketing forms like content marketing and social media marketing

  • Proven budget management abilities

  • Professional work ethic
